Expedited Partner Recertification Application

For current Mayor’s Health & Well-Being Council Partners (MHWC) seeking recertification, MHWC offers an expedited renewal option to encourage continued participation in the program.

Eligibility

Organizations must be current MHWC Certified Partners (i.e. within 2 years of the date listed on the award letter sent upon initial certification). Starting in 2024, organizations certified in 2022 are eligible for recertification via the Expedited Workplace Partner Recertification application.  Organizations seeking recertification outside the 2-year timeframe must reapply with the full MHWC Partner Certification application and supporting documentation.

Certification Levels

The application score and designation level (e.g. gold, silver, bronze) assigned by the MHWC Review and Steering Committee at the time of the initial certification will remain the same during the recertification.

Duration

The expedited recertification is available 1 time and lasts 2 years at which point, organizations will then need to reapply with the full MHWC Partner Certification application and supporting documentation.

Organizations interested in increasing their scores or designation levels can reapply with a full application at any time.
